摘要
在图书馆和用户之间广泛存在着不完全信息,具体表现在图书馆和用户两个层面上,这直接影响图书馆开展信息服务的质量和效率。从信息经济学的角度出发,分析了在图书馆信息服务中不完全信息产生的主要原因,并提出了消除这些不完全信息的具体方法。
The incomplete information,which widely exists between the library and the user and reflects in two aspects：of the library and the user,directly affecting the quality and efficiency of library＇s information service.From the perspective of information economics,this paper analyzes the main causes of incomplete information produced in the process of library＇s information services,and according to these causes,puts forward some specific solutions for eliminating the incomplete information.
