摘要
国家《执业医师法》和《医疗事故处理条例》的颁布实施为医院和患者的医疗活动提供了法律保证。同时,医师诊疗带教权、实习生受教育权、患者生命健康权的权利冲突产生了大量医疗纠纷。其中,由实习生引发的医疗纠纷占有相当比例,应备受关注。文中从当前医疗环境、临床实习生的法律意识、临床基本技能、沟通能力及带教教师责任心等诸方面进行分析,指出临床实习生容易产生医疗纠纷的原因,并提出相应的防范对策。
The enforcement of the national ＂Laws for Licensed Doctors＂ and ＂Regulations for Medical Accident Management＂ has provided a legal protection for the medical activities of both hospitals and patients.Meanwhile more and more medical disputes arise from the conflicts concerning doctors′ rights of medical practice and teaching,interns′ rights of education and patients′ rights of life and health.A large proportion of medical disputes are related with interns.The authors analyzed the causes of intern-related medical disputes in view of the law consciousness,basic clinical skills and communication methods of interns and the responsibilities of their supervisors,and proposed some countermeasures.
