摘要
把啤酒发酵罐的夹套当作蒸发器，采用液氨直接在夹套内蒸发冷却罐内发酵液的新工艺所采用的新型分片式蜂窝夹套。经试验研究和有限元分析，得到了该夹套的强度设计方法，可用于该类型发酵罐的系列设计中。
A cooling technology was presented of using liquid ammonia in a new honeycomb jacket to evaporate andabsorb heat directly, taking a honeycomb jacket in the beer ferment tank as an evaporator. The design formula of strengthof the new honeycomb jackets were derived through experiments and finite element analysis, which can be used in the series design of ferment tank.
