摘要
为探讨生血灵治疗原发性血小板减少性紫癜 (ITP)的疗效和止血机理 ,采用生血灵治疗ITP 34例 ,观察其临床疗效和出血指标的变化。结果 :显效 3例 ,良效 2 0例 ,进步 9例 ,无效 2例 ,总有效率 94 12 %。患者治疗后出血症状减轻或消失 ,BPC、PAgT明显上升 ,增高的Fn、6 酮 PGF1α、PAIg含量大幅度下降 ,均有统计学意义。结论 :生血灵能调节免疫功能 ,抑制血小板抗体 ,减少血小板破坏 ,升提血小板 ,促进血管内皮细胞的损伤修复 ,调节内皮细胞的分泌功能 ,促进血小板聚集 ,从而改善临床出血症状。
To investigate the clinical effects and hemostatic mechanism of “Blood generating Decoction” treating primary thrombcytopenic purpura(ITP),34 cases with ITP were treated with the decoction.The clinical effects and the changes of hemostatic indexes were observed.Results:3 cases got marked effects,20 good effects,9 improvement and 2 no effects,and the total effective rate was 94.12%.After treatment,hemorrhage was relieved or ceased,BPC and PagT remarkably rising,elevated Fn and 6 ketone PGF laPAIg falling greatly,and all the changes were significant.Conclusion:“Blood gererating Decoction” can regulate immune function,inhibit platelet antibody,lessen the damage to platelet,increase platelet,promote the restoration from vascular endotheliocyte injury,regulate the secretion of endotheliocyte and prompt the platelet to accumulate,thus to abate clinical hemorrhge.
