摘要
分析阐述了生产要素及其结构和要素构成变化的历史轨迹，总结了生产中要素投入所包涵的物质资本和非物质资本各自的特征；讨论了在不同的要素投入结构下企业的产出变化、企业竞争力强弱变化，揭示了生产要素结构和企业竞争力之间的关系；提出对生产要素进行结构优化。
By analysing changes in the production factors, the structure and the formation, the article sums up the claracteristies of material capital and non-material capital contained in the production. It also discusses the output changes of enterprises and the changes of competitive capacity under different element investment, reveals the relationship between the structure of production factors and the competitive capacity of enterprises, and finally puts forward suggestions to optimize the structure of production factors so as to strengthen the competitive capacity of enterprises.
