阿托伐他汀对脑梗死患者血脂及高敏C反应蛋白的影响

摘要 目的探讨阿托伐他汀对脑梗死患者血脂及高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)值的影响。方法选取38例脑梗死合并高脂血症的患者,随机分为2个组,即阿托伐他汀组(20例)和辛伐他汀(18例)组,观察患者用药前后血脂及hs-CRP的变化。结果患者在用药4周后,阿托伐他汀组和辛伐他汀组血清中甘油三酯、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白均显著降低(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;阿托伐他汀组和辛伐他汀组hs-CRP均显著降低(P<0.05),但阿托伐他汀组降低更为明显(P<0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀可在短时间内降低脑梗死患者的血脂及hs-CRP值,从而降低脑血管疾病的发生。
