摘要
采用固相萃取-高效液相色谱法同时测定水中12种磺酰脲类除草剂,样品经磷酸调节pH值为2后,经Wa-ters Oasis HLB SPE柱净化浓缩,乙腈洗脱,选择检测波长为230 nm,以乙腈-水溶液(0.02%磷酸)为流动相梯度洗脱,保留时间在14 min^32 min范围内。12种磺酰脲类除草剂在0.050 mg/L^5.00 mg/L范围内线性良好,检出限为0.20μg/L^0.50μg/L,在0.500μg/L^10.0μg/L4个质量浓度水平的空白水样平均加标回收率为80.6%~127%,RSD为0.3%~11.7%。
The method was established for determination of 12 kinds of sulfonylurea herbicides in water by high performance liquid chromatography with solid phase extraction.After pH was adjusted to 2 by phosphoric acid,the water samples were extracted with Waters Oasis HLB SPE cartridge,detected by HPLC,detection wavelength 230 nm,used acetonitrile containing 0.02% phosphoric acid as mobile phase.The retention times of 12 herbicides were from 14 min to 32 min.The results showed that good linearity ranged form 0.050 mg/L to 5.00 mg/L,detection limits between 0.20 μg/L and 0.50 μg/L,average spiked recoveries from 80.6% to 127% at 4 concentration levels from 0.500 μg/L to 10.0 μg/L,RSD from 0.3% to 11.7%.
