摘要
目的探讨乙型肝炎(乙肝)病毒携带者的中医体质及与体检指标的关系。方法采用中医体质调查表,对213例乙肝病毒携带者及255例体检正常者(对照组)进行中医体质判断,同时进行肝功能、上腹部B超检查。结果乙肝病毒携带者各种体质分布为:湿热质21.6%,痰湿质18.8%,气虚质17.4%,平和质14.2%,阴虚质8.5%,瘀血质5.2%,阳虚质4.7%,阳盛质3.3%,气郁质2.8%,血虚质2.8%和肾虚质0.5%;偏质85.8%;乙肝病毒携带者低血脂、肝内胆管结石人数显著少于对照组(均P<0.05);乙肝病毒携带者肝功能、其他上腹部B超检查与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论乙肝病毒携带者中医体质以偏质为主。乙肝病毒携带者中医体质与体检指标没有关系。
Objective To investigate the TCM-based constitution in HBV-infected patients and its relationship with physical indicators.Methods A total of 213 HBV-infected patients and 255 normal subjects were investigatied by TCM-based constitution questionnaires,and liver function tests and liver ultrasound examination were performed.Results ShiRe constitution was present in 21.6% of the HBV-infected patients,TanShi constitution in 18.8%,Qi deficiency constitution in 17.4%,normal constitution in 14.2%,Yin deficiency constitution in 8.5%,blood stasis constitution in 5.2%,Yang deficiency constitution in 4.7%,Qi stagnation constitution in 2.8%,Yang sheng constitution in 3.3%,blood deficiency constitution in 2.8%,and Shen deficiency constitution in 0.5%.Proportion of the abnormal constitution was 85.8%.Compared with normal subjects,the percentage of patients with hypolipemia and the percentage of patients with intrahepatic bile duct stones significantly decreased in HBV infected patients（P0.05）.There were no significant differences in the results of serum test and upper abdomen doppler between HBV infected patients and normal subjects（P0.05）.Conclusion The abnormal constitution is the main TCM-based constitution in HBV infected patients.There is no relationship between TCM-based constitution and physical indicators.
