摘要
换热器抽芯机主体金属结构是行车式换热器抽芯高空作业车的关键构件。采用计算结构力学的矩阵分析法对换热器抽芯机主体金属结构进行了有限元分析和计算, 并运用计算机高级语言编制了其空间桁架的CAD 程序, 通过CAD 程序可快捷地计算出空间桁架的节点力及立柱、腹杆的内力, 进而校核主体金属结构的强度、刚度和稳定性。最后根据程序计算结果, 选取了换热器抽芯机主体金属结构的型钢规格和几何参数。
The main body metal structure of extracting core machine for heat exchanger is the key component of high altitude working vehicle of the driving heat exchanger's extracting core. Finite element analysis and calculation for the metal structure is conducted by using the matrix analysis method for structural mechanics. And CAD program for the space truss is compiled by using advanced computer language. By means of the CAD program, the nodal force of the space truss, internal force of the column and web member can be calculated rapidly, thereby the strength, rigidity and stability of the main body metal structure can be checked. The size and geometric parameters of the rolling sections for the main body metal structure of the extracting core machine are selected according to the calculated results.
