摘要
在对某香料香精企业进行清洁生产审核中,针对行业特点,结合企业自身情况,提出并实施无/低费方案25项,中/高费方案3项,取得了良好的效益。节水29400t/a,节电18.7万kwh/a,减少废水排放47000t/a,节约甲苯10t/a,节约蒸汽450t/a,产生效益1428.9万元/年。该企业初步实现了在提高企业自身资源回收利用能力的同时,达到经济、环境和社会效益的统一,为香料香精企业今后的清洁生产审核积累了经验。
During the cleaner production audit of a flavor ＆ fragrance enterprise, 25 no/low and 3 mid/high cost programs were suggested and implemented, based on the character of the industry and condition of the enterprise. The results were good as follows： saving water and energy 29 400 t/a, 187 000 kwh/a, reducing waste water emission, toluene and steam 47 000 t/a, 10 t/a, 450 t/a, respectively, the total benefits were up to RMB 14. 289 million in one year. While improving the ability of re- source recovery, the enterprise gains benefits from economic, environmental and social aspects, which would provide experience for same enterprise during audit process.
