Digital Power Supply for Pulse Laser Diode

摘要 电源的性能对激光二极管(LD)的输出稳定性非常重要。针对准连续半导体激光器对其电源系统的要求,设计了一个基于TMS320F2812型号的DSP控制的数字化电源系统。利用DSP的高速控制特性,引入了PID控制器,建立了输入输出查询表,实现了数字化闭环控制,并且输出脉冲电流幅度、频率和脉宽全部可调,使输出激光的功率得到很好的控制。实验表明,该系统使电源控制具有柔性,在实际应用中稳定可靠。 The power supply's performance is very important for the stability of laser diode(LD) output.So according to the request,a feasible system about the digital power based on TMS320F2812 DSP is demonstrated.Making use of the DSP,the PID arithmetic is adopted,and one table for the feedback control is also built.The pulse current amplitude,pulse width and the pulse frequency can be modified.Many experiences show that this system is steady and reliable in the course of practical application.
