摘要
提出了一般形式的含间隙平面连杆机构误差传递系数的回归方程.在运动副配合不变的条件下,利用蒙特卡洛方法进行模拟试验,并利用多元线性回归方法建立了机构主动件相对杆长对误差传递系数影响的回归方程.研究结果表明,当尺寸型变化时。
By Monte-Carlo method and making simulative experiment with computer, using the method of multivariate linear regression, the general regression equation of planar linkage's error transfer coefficient (ETC) for pair clearance is given. And it is set up the regression equation which displays the effect of driver's relative length to ETC, while the pair fit is invariable. The studying result shows that the regression equation's form of the effect of driver's relative length to ETC is alike while dimension type is variable. And, by curves, the effect of dimension type to ETC and mechanism's output motion standard deviation is shown.
