摘要
目的探讨针灸疗法对原发性遗尿症患儿血浆ADH的影响。方法用酶联免疫吸附法测定25例原发性遗尿症患儿治疗前后白天(10am)及夜间(11pm)血清ADH水平,并测定凌晨(7am)和白天(3pm)血尿液渗透压。结果治疗前组在11pm的ADH水平较10am的ADH水平明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后组在11pm和10am的ADH水平无明显变化,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与治疗前相比较,治疗后组患儿10am的ADH水平无明显变化,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而11pm则明显升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。晨尿(7am)渗透压治疗前组明显低于治疗后组(P<0.01),而白天(3pm)尿渗透压二组之间差异无显著性(P>0.05);而血渗透压二组均相对稳定,无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论针灸疗法对改善患儿遗尿症有明显作用,其机制可能是通过刺激机体ADH释放增多而引起的。
Objective：To realize therapeutic effect of moxibustion with needles to primary nocturnal enuresis（PNE） of serum antidiuretic hormone（ADH）.Methods：This study was prospectively planned to detect serum ADH and serum osmolality at 10am and 11pm and morning（7am） and afternoon（3pm） urine osmolality in 25 PNE children before and after moxibustion with needles therapy.Results：In PNE group,the peak value of ADH level of 11pm actually occurred was much lower than serium ADH level of 10am.There appeared that a very significant difference existed between these 2 levels（P0.05）.In therapeutic group,however,serum ADH（11pm） and ADH（10am） levels were nearly in a same range and no significant difference could be observed with respectively（P0.05）.It appeared that ADH（11pm） of PNE group was much lower than that of therapeutic group and there existed a very significant difference between ADH（11pm） levels（P0.05） and no significant difference could be observed between ADH（10am） levels of these 2 groups（P0.05）.The osmolality of first morning urine（7am）specimen in PNE group was significantly lower than therapeutic group（P0.01） and no significant difference could be observed between 3pm urine of the 2 groups（P0.05）.Serum osmolality was no significant difference in the 2 groups（P0.05）.Conclusion：Moxibustion with needles has obvious effect on improving PNE children′s Symptoms,and the mechanism may be that Moxibustion with needles therapy stimulate serum antidiuretic hormone′ releasing.
