大肠癌并肠梗阻的治疗体会 被引量：1

摘要 近年来恶性肿瘤所致肠梗阻已成为成年人急性肠梗阻的主要原因之一[1-2],且多为老年人,若处理不当,易危及生命。由于结肠梗阻多为闭袢性梗阻,结肠内含有大量产气细菌,容易造成破裂穿孔,给临床治疗带来很多困难,选择正确的处理方法直接关系到患者的愈后。随着抗生素的改进与临床应用,术中肠道处理方法的正确与否十分重要，正确的处理方法为结直肠癌所致肠梗阻的处理提供了积极的支持。
