摘要
分析了目前凸轮型线设计的一般方法,提出一种用解析函数法与数值法相结合设计凸轮型线的新方法,根据有限差分法建立凸轮型线的设计方程式,利用计算机程序进行设计计算.最后通过实例说明本方法的应用.
The general design methods of cam profile are analyzed and a new method with analytic function and numerical synthesis of cam profile is proposed. The design equation can be established based on a Refined Finite-Difference Algorithm and the calculating process is realized by the computer programs. Finally, the application example is presented to verify the effect of this method.
