摘要
工业旅游作为一个新兴的旅游项目,是近年来各工业企业开发的热点。北京首云铁矿是北京最大的一家国有冶金矿山企业,正面临着转变自身单一产业结构向旅游业多元化发展时期。本文首先对其工业旅游开发条件进行了SWOT分析,认为其拥有良好的旅游发展前景;其次,根据其区位、资源、市场等条件,进行了工业旅游开发规划,提出了总体开发思路、客源市场定位、总体布局、产品策划、营销与管理对策。
Industrial tourism as a new kind of tourism becomes hot recently among some industrial enterprises. Beijing Shouyun iron mine, the biggest state-owned metallurgical mine enterprise in Beijing, is facing transition from sole industrial structure to diversified tourism development. This paper applies SWOT to analyze its development conditions of industrial tourism, concludes that it owns a good prospect to develop industrial tourism, and gives a planning on industrial tourism development according to its locality, resources and markets, presents a general development view, tourist source, general outlook, products, sales and management.
