摘要
信息获取是信息社会的普遍现象,任何人都要从外界获取信息。公共信息获取权被视为信息社会公民的重要权利,国际立法文件和国际图联组织对于信息获取给予了立法保证,图书馆在公民信息获取权中承担着重要的责任与义务,应采取积极有效的措施保障公民信息获取权。
Access to information is a common phenomenon in the information society, for a person must obtain information from the outside world. Right of access to public information is considered important rights of citizens in the information society. Legislative documents of international organizations and the IFLA have provided legislation protection for the access to information. Libraries assume important responsibilities and obligations for the right of civil access to information. They should take effective measures to protect the right of civil access to information.
