摘要
目的探讨彩色多普勒高频超声在诊断大隐静脉曲张中的应用价值。方法对临床疑诊的32例大隐静脉曲张患者,进行彩色多普勒高频超声检查,并对超声结果与手术结果进行对比分析。结果彩色多普勒高频超声检查诊断为大隐静脉曲张32例,其中11例进行了手术治疗,10例与彩超检查诊断相符合,1例漏诊,诊断符合率91%。结论彩色多普勒高频超声作为检查大隐静脉曲张的首选方法之一,为临床手术提供有价值的影像学信息。大隐静脉曲张术前彩超检查具有重要的临床意义。
Objective To explore the color doppler high frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of great saphenous vein varicose.Methods32 clinically suspected of great saphenous vein varicose patients were treated with high-frequency color Doppler ultrasound.ResultsOf 32 patients,11 cases were diagnosised as great saphenous vein varicose.There were 10 cases consistand with color Doppler frequency ultrasound.ConclusionColor doppler frequency ultrasound examination for saphenous vein can provide valuable information.
