乳腺大细胞神经内分泌癌一例

摘要 患者女，44岁，因发现右乳肿块5个月入院，查体：右乳外下肿块，质地韧，边界清，活动度尚可，与皮肤无粘连，无乳头溢液，腋下未触及肿大淋巴结。彩超：右乳外下象限一低回声团块，大小1．45cm×1．07cm，形态欠规整，内部回声不均匀，边界尚清晰，无包膜。内部及周边可见血流信号，
