摘要
以潮州电厂3号锅炉(1 000MW机组)高温过热器出口段爆管为例,取爆管附近颜色发生变化的管子进行拉力试样和金相分析试验,通过对比并结合现场情况,从过热、结构、管子加工工艺、晶粒度、热处理工艺、运行及热偏差等方面分析爆管失效的原因,并提出改进措施与建议。
The burst tube at the inlet of high-temperature superheater of No.3 boiler(1 000 MW boiler) in Chaozhou Power Plant is taken as an example in this article,and tubes that change in color are taken for tests of tension specimen and metallographic analysis.By comparison and combination of field conditions,reasons for failure of tube burst are analyzed in terms of overheat,structure,processing of tubes,grain size,technology for heating processing,operation,heat deflection and so forth,and innovative approaches and suggestions are offered.
