摘要
为了能够较准确的配比出煤岩体的低强度相似材料,以满足小比例相似模拟试验的需求,采用正交试验的方法对煤岩体的低强度相似材料配比进行研究。研究了如何用砂子、碳酸钙、石膏配制满足煤岩体力学性质的低强度相似材料。结果表明:砂胶比、胶结物比例和容重对相似材料的单轴抗压强度均有较显著影响;能够利用试验结果的回归曲线方程对给定单轴抗压强度数值的低强度相似材料进行较准确的配比选择。
In order to accurately mix the low strength similar material of coal and rock mass to meet the requirements of the small scale similar simulation experiment, an orthogonal mixing rate experiment method as applied to the study on the low strength similar material mixing of the coal and rock mass. The study was including that how the preparation of sand, calcium carbonate and gypsum could meet the mechanics property of the low strength similar material for the coal and rock mass. The results showed that the sans and cement rate, the cementation material percentage and volume weight would have obvious influence to the uniaxial compressive strength of the similar material. The regression curve equation of the experiment results could be applied to the accurate mixing selection of the low strength similar material with the given uniaxial compressive strength value.
