摘要
目的观察聚焦超声治疗持续C INⅠ(宫颈上皮肉瘤变)的临床疗效及安全性。方法采用焦聚超声技术治疗持续C INⅠ患者64例,观察其临床症状、疗效及副反应。结果焦聚超声治疗持续C INⅠ的总有效率达90.63%。术后阴道排液和流血量少,治愈后宫颈恢复常态,无瘢痕形成。结论聚焦超声治疗持续C INⅠ具有安全可靠、治愈率高、创伤小、副作用小等特点,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the effectivity and safety about the treatment of focused ultrasonic method for Cervical intraepighelial neoplasia Ⅰ . Methods Study and summarize the curative effect on 64 sufferers followed up continuously and closely. Results Focused ultrasound treatment continued CIN Ⅰ total effective reach 90.63 %. Postoperative vaginal drainage and bleeding quantity is little, after cure cervical recover, without scarring. Conclusion The treatment using focused ultrasonic method is a kind of new and effective measure which can be chosen by clinical doctor in healing of a chronic cervicitis.
