摘要
根据有关地形、地质资料及估算分析。建议要点:(1)在长江支流大宁河上游,财神庙山垭处建水头为360m 的蓄能电站,抽取三峡库水(水位145 m )至上库(水位505 m );(2)开挖隧洞(长20 km + 40 km )穿大巴山,入汉江支流堵河;(3)利用堵河自流入丹江口水库(还可梯级开发);(4)再利用已有的陶岔引水闸并适当扩建中线总干渠,输水入黄河及华北、京、津等地。
Based on the related topographical,geological data and estimating analysis,a proposal including the following main points is raised:(1) On the upstream of Daninhe(a tributary of Yangtze River)a pump storage power station with head about 360m will be built,which takes water from TGP reservoir(water level 145m)and rises it to upper pool (at water level 505m) located at Caishen Temple;(2)Tunnels with total length 20km+40km will be excavated through the Daba Mountain to Du River,a tributary of HanJiang;(3)Flowing by gravity along natural channel Du River into Danjiangkou Reservoir,then by using the existent diversion sluice Taocha and main channel of the South to North Water Transfer Project,water can be supplied into Yellow River ,and,across it further to north China,Beijing and Tianjin.
