摘要
山东省东营市沙营污水处理厂扩建工程采用水解酸化/前置反硝化生物滤池工艺处理城镇污水,处理规模为6×104m3/d。该污水处理厂自投入运行以来,出水水质稳定达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)的一级B标准,对COD、BOD5、NH3-N、TN、TP和SS的去除率分别达到87.5%、91%、94.5%、57%、77%和92%。详细介绍了该工程的工艺流程、构筑物设计参数、工艺运行情况及主要运行费用。
The extension project of Shaying WWTP in Dongying, Shandong Province adopts hydrolysis acidification/pre-denitrifying biofiher process to treat municipal wastewater, and its treatment capacity is 6 ×10^4m^3/d. Since being put into operation, the plant effluent quality meets the first level B criteria specified in Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant (GB 18918-2002). The removal rates of COD, BODs, NH3 -N, TN, TP and SS are 87.5%, 91%, 94.5%, 57%, 77% and 92% respectively. The process flow, design parameters, operation and cost of the project are introduced.
