摘要
采用化学分析光电子能谱ESCA分析了多元羧酸与木材交联反应过程中主要组分的化学结构变化。ESCA波谱表明:产物中C1(烷基碳)和C4(羧基和酯基碳)增加,C2(羟基碳)减少;O1(羧基和酯基氧的比率)增加,O3(羟基氧的比率)减少。从而证实:在催化剂作用下,提高反应温度,木材的化学组分能与多元羧酸化合物——1,2,3,4-丁烷基四甲酸发生酯化反应。
Chemical construction changes of components in esterification between wood and polycarboxylic were analyzed by electron spectroscopy for chemical analysis(ESCA) in this paper.ESCA spectra showed with increment in BTCA concentration,the ratios of C 1(alkyl carbon) and C 4(carbon of carboxyl and ester)were increased and C 2(hydroxyl carbon)in C 1s decreased;the ratios of O 1(oxygen of carboxyl and ester) were increased and O 3(hydroxyl oxygen)in O 1s decreased.This proved that esterification between polycarboxylic acid—1,2,3,4 butanetetracarboxylic acid (BTCA) and wood components occurred at elevated temperature with catalyst.This conclusion was in correspondence with analysis of FTIR and CP/MAS 13 C NMR spectra.
