通过分析部分煤炭企业集团销售资金管控体系在运行机制、运行协调、基础工作等方面存在的问题,探讨在煤炭企业集团销售资金管控体系中系统再造、明确权责、加强基础工作等方面的对策。
Based on analyzing the problems existing in operating mechanism,cooperation,and basic work in the distribution capital management/control system in some coal enterprises and groups,including,the paper discusses the countermeasures for the reconstruction of system,well-defined power and responsibility,and enhancement of basic work in the distribution capital management/control system of coal enterprises and groups.
