摘要
分析了半喂入式联合收割机的振动筛机构,并建立了动力学模型。研究了其平衡性问题,用质量替代法对机构进行了惯性力的部分平衡。结果表明:运用质量替代法平衡后,与实际的机构平衡模型很吻合,达到了良好的平衡效果。
Analysis is done on the vibrating riddle of half-feed combine harvester and a dynamic model is built.The equilibrium problem is researched and quality substitution is used to balance the inertial force of the mechanism partially.Result shows that centroid of the mechanism is more stable after equilibrium and a good balancing effect is achieved.
