摘要
分析了煤粉细度过粗或者过细都会对W形火焰锅炉的燃烧过程产生的影响,结果表明,煤粉过细会导致锅炉受热面积灰加重,沿炉宽度方向受热面不同管屏间热偏差增加,受热面超温加重,排烟温度升高等不利影响;煤粉过粗会导致着火恶化,飞灰及大渣含碳量升高等问题。实际运行过程中最佳煤粉细度的确定同锅炉设计结构以及煤质条件有密切关系。
By analyzing the influence of coal fineness on combustion process of W-shaped flame boiler,it has been found that too fine coal particles may lead to problems such as heavier ash accumulation on heat surface of boiler,increased temperature deviation between different tube panels along width direction of furnace,more severe overheating of heat surface and higher discharge temperature of flue gas etc.Whereas too coarse coal particles may result in problems such as worse firing and higher carbon content in fly ash and slag etc.In actual operation processes,determination of optimum coal fineness depends on specific boiler structures and coal qualities.
