摘要
目的探讨北京市流动人口肇事肇祸精神病人的特征。方法采用一般资料和作案相关特征调查、《简明精神病症状评定量表》(BPRS),73例非北京市户籍的流动人口与105例北京市户籍具有肇事肇祸行为的精神病患者进行测查。结果 1流动人口肇事肇祸精神病人在作案年龄、总病程与本市肇事肇祸精神病人有差异,流动人口作案年龄偏小,病程较短;2与本市肇事肇祸精神病人相比,流动人口精神病人在委托单位、既往犯罪、作案地不同,流动人口多有既往犯罪,犯罪地多选择城区;3与本市肇事肇祸精神病人相比,流动人口精神分裂症的BPRS评分中的对身体关怀、夸大分数高于对照组,两者之间差异有统计学意义。结论具有肇事肇祸行为的北京市流动人口的精神病人作案年龄、总病程、犯罪地、既往犯罪及精神病症状等方面与本地的具有差异,提示流动人口的精神病人发生肇事肇祸行为有其不同的特点,对于来京务工人员多给予关心支持,以便有效预防流动人口的精神病人在北京发生肇事肇祸行为。
Objective To explore characteristics of forensic psychotic patients among the floating population in Beijing.Methods Using Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale（BPRS） and basic information inventory,we investigated 73 forensic psychotic patients among floating population and 105 local patients as control group in Beijing Ankang Hospital.Results There was difference in criminal age and course of diseases.The forensic psychotic patients of floating population were younger when they committed a criminal than the local patients,and their courses of disease were shorter than the control group.Furthermore the forensic psychotic patients of floating population had different applicant,criminal venues and tools from the local patients.They mostly had criminal history and chose urban areas as their criminal venues.Compared to local forensic psychotic patients,the schizophrenic patients of floating population had significantly higher scores on somatic concern and grandiosity in BPRS.Conclusion The forensic psychotic patients among the floating population in Beijing were significantly different from the local counterpart in criminal age,course of disease,criminal venue,criminal history and psychiatric symptoms.This showed that the psychiatric patients among the floating population who committed an offence or a crime had some different characteristics comparing with the local ones.We should attach more attention to the floating population in Beijing in order to effectively prevent psychiatric patients among them from offence and crime.
