摘要
对16Mn钢与CCSB钢表面环氧沥青基有机涂层在常幅交变应力与腐蚀介质共同作用下的阴极剥离行为进行了研究.结果表明,在没有外加应力条件下,涂层具有良好的界面粘附性;而在交变载荷作用的条件下,应力与局部应变集中通过影响有机涂层的介质传输与界面状态,使有机涂层在介质中的阴极剥离抗力显著降低。
The cathodic delamination behaviour of a tar epoxy organic coating on 16Mn and CCSB steel under the simultaneous action of constant amplitude cyclic loading and corrosive medium has been studied. The variation of coating delamination area with time was examined under different loading conditions at \|1600mV(SCE). The effect of steel substrate on the cathodic delamination behaviour of the coating has been also investigated. The evolution of cathodic current under different conditions was measured with delamination time. The results revealed that the coating had a good resistance to cathodic delamination without applied loads, but under cyclic loading condition, this resistance greatly decreased beacuse of the effect of stress and local strain concentration on medium transport and interfacial situation of the coating, the degree of the decrease was enhanced with increasing stress level. \=
