摘要
在一总高1200m m ,直径40m m 的流化床装置上,分别测定了不同流速下功能纤维VACF与纯金溶液和不同浓度含金工业废水中金的反应速率,并与静态试验结果进行了比较。结果表明,流态化条件下的反应速率比静态下的反应速度有明显的提高,且随流速增大而增大;在本实验条件下,浓度的变化几乎不影响过程的反应速率。
The rates of reaction of functional fibers (VACF) with the Au 2+ in the pure aurum solution and in the industrial wastewater-contained aurum were respectively measured at the different solution flow rates in a fluidized bed with 1200mm height and 40mm diameter and compared with the results at the static solution conditions. The experiments have shown that the reaction rates at the fluidization are obvious higher than the those at the static state and the reaction rates increase with an increase in solution flow rate. The concentration change of the solution contained Au does not affect the reaction rates at the experimental circumstances.
