摘要
在压力为11.3~21.5MPa、质量流速为250~1 200kg/(m2.s)和工质干度为0~1的工况范围内,对结构为28.6mm×5.8mm的四头内螺纹管中汽水两相流体在水平绝热条件下的摩擦压降特性进行了试验研究。研究结果表明,内螺纹管内两相流体摩擦压降大于同等条件下光管;两相摩擦倍率随工质干度的增大,在高干度时出现峰值,之后随着干度的增大而减小;质量流速对两相摩擦倍率的影响较小;随着压力的增加,两相流摩擦压降倍率210减小,且工质干度越高,则两相摩擦倍率在不同压力之间的差值越大。最后,在实验条件下推出了两相摩擦倍率的经验关联式。
While the pressure drop ranging between11.3 to 21.5MPa,and the mass velocity between 250 and 1 200kg/(m2·s) and the dryness between 0 and 1,the frictional pressure drop of steam-water flow in horizontal four-head rifled tube(28.6mm×5.8mm) were studied under adiabatic condition.The experimental results show that the frictional pressure drop of two phase flow in rifled tube can be higher than that in the smooth tube,and the friction multiplier can increase with rise of dryness and reach the peak at the moment the dryness becomes high,and then it begins to decease with continuous rise of the dryness.The mass velocity influences little on friction multiplier.The friction multiplier decreases with rise of the working medium pressure.
