摘要
目的： 观察联合应用电化学和化学疗法治疗中晚期食管癌的疗效。方法： 联合应用电化学和化学疗法治疗１９ 例中晚期食管癌患者。结果： 有效率（ Ｃ Ｒ＋ Ｐ Ｒ）７９５ ％ 。结论： 本疗法近期疗效显著， 应用简便， 副反应少， 值得临床推广。
Objective: To observe the curative effects of mid late esophageal carcinoma by combined with electrochemical and chemical therapies.Method:19 patients with mid-late esophageal carcinoma were treated by combined electrochemical and chemical therapies.Result: The effective rate(CR+PR) was 79 5%.Conclusion:To be the curative effects significantly with electrochemical and chemical therapies,which convenience,less side effects,and worthy of the popularization clinically.
