摘要
为评价规模化栽培的关玉竹质量,采用苯酚硫酸法和原子吸收光谱法对吉林地区2年生栽培关玉竹的多糖和矿质元素含量进行了测定。结果表明:2年生栽培关玉竹多糖含量为8.70%,符合《中华人民共和国药典》不少于6.0%的标准,矿质元素Fe、Mn、Zn、Cu、Ca、K、Na含量分别为19.36μg/g、5.03μg/g、7.60μg/g、0.985μg/g、926.93μg/g、1 027.12μg/g、446.61μg/g。2年生栽培关玉竹多糖和矿质元素含量均较高,适合在吉林地区规模化栽培。
The polysaccharose and mineral elements contents in two years old Polygonatum odoratum were analyzed by phenol-sulfuric acid method and atomic absorption spectrometry to evaluate the quality of large-scale cultivated Polygonatum odoratum.The results showed that the total polysaccharose content of twoyears old Polygonatum odoratum was 8.70%,measured up to the standard of new Chinese pharmacopoeia set.The contents of Fe,Mn,Zn,Cu,Ca,K and Na in two years old Polygonatum odoratum were 19.36μg/g,5.03μg/g,7.60μg/g,0.985μg/g,926.93 μg/g,1027.12μg/g and 446.61μg/g,respectively.The contents of polysaccharose and mineral elements in two years old Polygonatum odoratum were high and the Polygonatum odoratum was suitable for large-scale cultivation in Jilin region.
