婴幼儿心脏手术后呼吸机相关性肺炎的呼吸道管理及护理对策

摘要 患先天性心脏病（先心病）的婴幼儿，因其心血管的复杂畸形或肺充血而处于高度危险状态，如果早期不及时手术，1／3～1／2的患儿将夭折。近年来，随着体外循环和监护技术水平的提高，许多低体重先心病患儿得到了救治。而术后良好的呼吸道管理，是提高手术成功率，降低死亡率的关键因素之一。现将我院2009年3月-2010年3月收治的96例婴幼儿先心病术后呼吸道管理总结报告如下。
