摘要
结合办公自动化课程的实训教学特点,通过广泛、科学地调查研究,设计基于企业需求和工作过程的实训案例。该案例突破以往的教学弊端,首次将办公软件的应用与办公设备的操作有机地结合起来,真正实现了"以就业为导向,以培养能力为核心"的职业教育理念。通过对实训案例的广泛应用,学生的办公自动化操作水平得到显著提高,实现了与工作岗位的"零接缝",深得用人单位的好评。
Combining with the characters of the Office Automation Course,we designed the practical training cases that based on the requirement of the corporations and working process by widely,scientifically investigation.These cases break through the previous disadvantage of practical training,combine the supply of office software and the equipments firstly,t truly put the vocational education idea of ＂career-orientated and focused on ability cultivation＂ into effect.Using the cases,students＇ operation level has been improved greatly,realized the ＂zero thickness＂ with posts,and has received favorable comments from the employing units.
