针织T恤衫是深受人们喜爱的夏季衣着,有广阔的市场前景.但针织T恤的款式有限,新品种的开发更多地依赖于新面料的开发.如何在一些普通双面大圆机上开发更多新颖对路的针织T恤面料是市场紧迫的需求.文中就在进口4TD型四针道双面圆机和UP372型双面小提花圆机上开发花式针织T恤面料进行探讨,介绍了几款花型的特点、原料、纱支选择和上机工艺设计.
As one of the most favourable apparel worn in summer, knitted T-shirts have a broad prospect on the market. But now the fashions are limited. The market is in urgent demand for more marketable T-shirt fabrics with novel styles. The development of new variety is dependent mainly on the design of new fabrics . The production of fancy fabrics for T-shirt on model 4TD four tracks and UP372 mini-jacquard double knitting machines introduced from abroad is described in terms of the features of several pattern designs , materials used, yarn count's selection and knitting technologies.
