摘要
目的探讨超声乳化手术对糖尿病患者白内障的治疗效果和并发症。方法对本院３年来２９例（３５眼）接受白内障超声乳化联合后房型人工晶体植入术的糖尿病患者进行回顾性分析，以另３０例（３５眼）同期接受白内障普通囊外摘除联合后房型人工晶体植入术的糖尿病患者为对照。结果超声乳化手术使糖尿病患者术后早期即获得了良好的视力，显著降低了受术眼术后早期角膜内皮水肿、前房渗出、瞳孔变形和虹膜萎缩后粘连等并发症的发生，与普通囊外摘除联合后房型人工晶体植入术有显著性差异，Ｐ＜０．０５。结论对糖尿病性白内障行超声乳化手术可减少并发症，可更好地保存视功能，值得推荐。
Objective To evaluate the effects and
complications in diabetic patients with cataract following phaco emulsifications. Methods 29
cases (35 eyes) underwent phacoemulsifications and posterior chamber intraocular lens
implantation since 1995 in our hospital were analysed retrospectively. The other 30 cases (35
eyes) underwent extracapsular cataract extraction and posterior chamber intraocular lens
implantation at the same stage were taken as control group. Results Phacoemulsification
enabled the diabetics to gain good visual acuity at an earlier date postoperatively, and
significantly decreased the incidence of complications on treated eyes such as endothelial
corneal edema, exudation in anterior chamber, pupil deformation, iris atrophy and posterior
synechia as compared with control group, ( P< 0.05). Conclusion Phacoemulsification could
decrease the complications and preserve visual function more effectively, and should be
recommended.
