摘要
目的 探讨空、回肠出血的最佳影像检查方法。方法 对１０ 例空、回肠出血的患者，将影像学表现与手术结果进行对比分析。结果 术前明确诊断９ 例，可疑诊断１ 例。其中小肠肿瘤５ 例，美克尔憩室２ 例，血管异常增殖症２ 例，回肠溃疡１ 例。结论 对高度疑为空、回肠出血的患者，首选小肠导管检查，辅以Ｘ 线血管造影和腹部ＣＴ。
Purpose To determine the optimal imaging method in patients with suspected jejunal or ileal hemorrhage.Methods The imaging features of 10 patients of jejunal or ileal hemorrhage were compared with pathologic results after surgery.Results Nine patients were correctly diagnosed and 1 patient had suspected diagnosis before operation,including neoplasm of small intestine(5),Mecke's diverticulum (2),angiodysplasia (2),and ileal ulcer(1).Conclusion In patients of suspected jejunal or ileal hemorrhage,enterclysis is the first choice,compensated with X ray angiography and abdominal CT.
