摘要
利用ＣｕＫβ的Ｘ射线衍射技术，研究了ＬａＡｌＯ３晶体的微结构，发现线状晶畴两侧孪晶之间的夹角总是在０．１７°左右。
The microstructure of LaAlO 3 single crystal is investigated by using CuK β X ray diffraction technique.The experimental results indicate that the angle between twins, which forms line like domains, is always 0.17°. The cause of the fornation of the angle is also analyzed.
