摘要
辅导员业务技能考核是促使辅导员提升业务水平的有效途径。考核题目设计应体现政策性、专业性、基础性和实践性的原则在此基础上,通过书面答题、识辨学生、案例答辩及主题教育活动四个环节使考核顺利实现。
An effective way to promote advisors＇ professional skills is to test them. The test contents must be policy-based,specialized,primary and practical. This paper believes smooth assessment of advisors＇ professional skills can be achieved through written answers,student recognition,case examination and theme education activity.
