传火管自动装配机抗爆研究

摘要 针对传火管自动装配机装药过程中存在的安全隐患,通过理论计算与试验验证的方式,校核了药量大的装点火药与自动补药装置的安全性,然后分别对装药和补药装置进行抗爆试验,并根据抗爆试验结果进行设备改进,改进后的装药补药装置提高了传火管自动装配机的安全性。 Aimed at dangerous factors in charge procedure of automatic assembly equirement of the transfer fire tube(TITT), through theoretical calculation and test, the security of the ignition powder charge device and automatic recruit device of which ignition powder amount is large have been validated. Then an anti-explode tests to charge device and recruit device have been carried out and based on the conclusion, the equipment was improved. The improved charge device and recruit device promote the security of equipment.
