摘要
目的：观察左卡尼汀联合川芎嗪治疗冠心病、心绞痛临床疗效.方法：对照组81例,常规给予抗心肌缺血药物 治疗组95例,在对照组基础上加用左卡尼汀3g/d,川芎嗪120mg/d静滴,疗程15天 疗程结束后比较两组症状改善程度、心电图缺血改善程度.结果：治疗30天按临床症状改善程度,治疗组总有效率92.63% 对照组总有效率82.72%,心电图改善情况：治疗组总有效率87.37%,对照组总有效率72.84%,治疗组与对照组相比,总有效率明显增高.结论：左卡尼汀联合川芎嗪治疗冠心病、心绞痛疗效显著.
Objective： To observe the clinical effect of treating coronary heart disease, angina with L-carnitine plus TMP. Methods： 81 cases in control group, taking anti-ischemic drugs; 95 cases in treatment group, basied on control group taking L-carnitine 3g/d, TMP 120mg/d by intravenous, to compare the improvement of symptoms of two groups after treatment. Results： Treatment 30d the improvement of clinical symptoms, in treatment group the total efficiency rate was 92.63%; In control group the total efficiency rate was 82.72%, ECG improvement： In treatment group the total efficiency rate was 87.37%, in control group the total efficiency rate was 72.84%, the total efficiency rate in treatment group is better than the control group. Conclusion： Treating coronary heart disease, angina with L-carnitine plus TMP has a good effect.
