摘要
对用ICCD作为HPLC的LIF检测器进行了研究,建立了一种具有波谱分辨功能的HPLC-LIF-ICCD检测系统,考察了仪器光路、激光功率、ICCD操作参数等多种因素对其性能的影响.在优化条件下,对异硫氰酸荧光素的浓度检测限为2.5×10^(-13)mol/L,质量检测限达到2.5×10^(-18)mol.
A high performance liquid chromatography-laser induced fluorescence-intensified charge coupled device system was estabKshed using commercially available intensified charge coupled device (CCD) and several factors influencing on its performance were investigated in detail. The system wasshowed to be suitable for single or multiwavelength detection. Its mass detection limit is 2.5×10-18 molusing fluorescein isothiocyanate as probe.
