摘要
磨料水射流切割作业具有高能、冷态、点割、非接触等特点,在有防爆要求的危险场合下进行切割作业有独特的优势。分析磨料水射流切割雷管金属外壳的磨损机制,并分析磨料水射流切割雷管的安全性;运用前混合磨料水射流对工程中常见的金属火雷管进行冷切割实验,取得了预期的效果。
As abrasive water jet has characteristics of high-energy, cold, point-cutting and non-contact etc, it has unique advantage to cut under the dangerous occasion that has the requirement of anti-explosion. The wear mechanism of cutting related plastic material such as metal flash detonator shell was researched, the security of cutting metal flash detonator using pre-mixed abrasive water jet was discussed, the cutting experiments on metal flash detonator using pre-mixed abrasive water jet were carried out. Expected effect was got in the experiments.
