摘要
目的:了解含铂药物化疗前后血电解质的变化及其规律。方法:对28例病人在化疗前24~48h及化疗后48~72h,采集静脉血2ml,测定钾、钠、氯、钙的水平。结果:化疗前后血钾及血氯有明显变化(P<005),即化疗后血钾、氯明显降低,而血钠、钙无明显变化。结论:PC方案化疗期间,每d至少应补充钾2g,氯化钠9g,化疗后根据电解质检查结果,调整补液类型和总量。
Objective:To observe the level and value of blood electrolyte pre and post chemotherapy combined with DDP.Methods:The level of K,Na,Cl and Ca pre and post chemotherapy was measured in blood of 28 patients with ovary epithelial carcinoma.Results:Blood K and blood Cl were decreased significantly(P<0.05),blood Na and blood Ca did not change.Conclusion:Patients should be given K 2 g and normal saline 9 g at least during chemotherapy with DDP+CTX.
