摘要
在木糖生产中,将水解工序中原来的玉米芯硫酸预处理工艺增加了三次预处理,木糖在水解液中占总糖质量分数由原来的82%左右提高到92%左右,能够一步制得纯度在98%以上(质量分数)的精制木糖。其外观具有很好的晶体光泽;后段工序增加了301阴离子交换树脂和732阳离子交换阳树脂组成的混合床,得到的阴离子交换液的透光率由原来的90%以上提高到99%以上,制得的成品木糖由原来的淡黄色提高到纯白色,同时,水解液中木糖占总糖质量分数的提高,使得成品总收率提高了11%以上。
Mter three times of corn-core acid-pretreating in the process of producing xylose, the mass fraction of xylose in overall surgar increased from 82% to about 92% in hydrolysis fluid. So purifier-xylose which purity of mass fraction was over 98% can be produced by one-step. The appearance of the product was with crystal shine. The mixed bed consist of 301 anion exchange resin and 732 cation exchange resin was added into latter procedure, the transmittance of anion exchange fluid increased from 90% to 99%. The appearance of the product is lily-white other than flaxen. The total operating yield increased 11% or more because of elevation of mass fraction of xylose.
