摘要
以氯化苄、丙二酸二乙酯、无水K2CO3为原料,采用固-液相转移催化法合成了苄基丙二酸。该工艺具有反应条件温和,原料易得,工业化应用前景良好等优点。分别探讨了相转移催化剂的种类及用量、原料配比及用量,无水K2CO3用量,反应温度和反应时间等因素对反应的影响。实验结果表明:PEG-400相转移催化效果最好,反应时间为2h,反应温度为160℃,苄基丙二酸二乙酯产率为75.84%。红外光谱分析表明合成了苄基丙二酸.
Benzylmalonic acid was synthesized by solid-liquid phase transfer catalysis method with Benzyl chloride,diethyl malonate,and anhydrous K2CO3 as raw materials.The advantages of this method were determined as follows: mild reaction conditions,easy available raw materials and prospects for industrial applications.The effects of the category of phase transfer catalysts,reaction time,reaction temperature,the content of K2CO3 and the catalyst on chemical reaction were investigated,respectively.The results show that the best phase transfer catalyst is PEG-400.The yield of diethyl benzylmalonate can reach up to 75.84% at 2 h reaction time and 160℃ temperature conditions.FTIR contrastive analysis shows that Benzylmalonic acid has been prepared.
