摘要
利用烧杯实验考察钢渣、沸石、炉渣、硅藻土对磷的吸附性能及其影响因素,同时研究对氨氮,CODCr吸附情况。结果表明:基质对磷的吸附性能由强到弱依次为钢渣,硅藻土,炉渣,沸石。钢渣180 min内升至30%左右;NH4+-N的吸附性能由强到弱的顺序为:沸石,钢渣,硅藻土,炉渣。沸石180 min内升至80%左右,钢渣次之,达到了40%;CODCr吸附性能强弱顺序:硅藻土,沸石,钢渣,炉渣。硅藻土180 min内可达到50%。钢渣,硅藻土除磷的最佳pH值范围为10~12,另2种基质的最佳pH值范围为6~8;原水磷浓度低于3 mg/L或高于5 mg/L时4种基质磷去除率下降。
Phosphorus removal efficiencies of steel slug, natural zeolite, coal cinder, diatomite were studied as well as some influence factors by beaker experiment. At this same time, removal efficiencies of ammonia nitrogen and CODer were also discussed. The results show that order of phosphorus removal efficiencies: steel slug〉 diatomite 〉 coal cinder〉 zeolite, steel slug can absorb P in waste water by 30% of total phosphorus in 180 min; order of ammonia nitrogen removal efficiencies : natural zeolite〉steel slug〉 diatomite〉coal cinder〉 natural zeolite can absorb ammonia nitrogen by 80% in 180 min; order of CODer removal efficieneies: diatomite〉 natural zeolite〉 steel slug〉coal cinder, diatomite can absorb CODcr in waste water by 50% of total CODer in 180min. The best pH value range for steel slug and diatomite is 10 - 12, the best pH value range of the other two substrates is 6 - 8; phosphate removal efficiencies of four substrates will fall when initial phosphorus concentration is below 3 mg/L or above 5 mg/L.
