临海土壤环境中钢管的腐蚀与阴极保护

摘要 现场测量和电化学试验结果表明,引碧输水管道途经的临海土壤环境具有低电阻率、高Cl-含量的特点;碳钢在临海土壤中的腐蚀速率低于海水中的腐蚀速率,但远大于相邻土壤和自来水中的腐蚀速率。通过现场模拟试验,确定了输水管道牺牲阳极保护的有关设计参数。实施保护一年后的管道极化电位检测结果表明,牺牲阳极保护工程设计合理,技术指标达到了设计与规范要求。 Abstract The physico chemical properties of the soil in the coastal area of Dalian where the Biliu River water diverting line is laid in have been examined by means of field investigation and electro chemical analysis. The findings show that the soil has a low resistance and high Cl - concentration. The corrosion rate of carbon steel in the coastal soil is lower than that in sea water but far higher than that in soil outside the coastal area and in tap water. Through a field experiment of simulation, the parameters of engineering design of sacrificial anode protection of buried steel pipelines have been defined. By the measured results of pipe to soil polarization potential after one year, it is shown that the design is reasonable and the technical targets fulfil the design requirements.
